2009 IRA Changes

H/AREA Home Page Editor James Himich, Jr. advises that The U.S. Congress has revised the Retirement-Fund Rules for Year 2009.
President G.W. Bush signed this change into law last month (December '09).
The idea is to give IRA’s that have seen their stock values go down because of the brutal bear market time to rebound.

The new law suspends required distributions for the Year 2009.
